Why a footy?

I am building a footy RC sailing boat in order to learn about the composite construction process and have a handy boat that’s easy to transport. Maybe the footy will also serve as a platform for robotic sailing.

I have built planked hulls before, so this time I wanted to try building a composite hull with mould.
